| Please note - not all of our dwellings allow pets. ALL PETS must be approved in writing before they are allowed. Most of our homes are pet friendly. However keeping within the NC Pet Policy Ruling the following pets are NOT allowed. Not ALL homes allow pets: Pets Not Allowed at: Pershing Street Apartments Rockfish Manor Apartments Please inquire to the home your renting to see if pets are allowed! the following dogs are not not allowed 1. Rottweilers 2. Pit Bulls Dogs most often make wonderful pets, however in certain circumstances, any type of dog can be dangerous. Even friendly dogs, can inflict great harm in the wrong circumstance. Please note, there are other dogs not listed that may require additional requirements. Please check with our office when inquiring about your interest. |
| The Pet Deposit is 200.00 for the first pet and 100.00 for each additional pet approved. Also your rent does increase 10.00 per month per pet to accommodate your pet. |
